Children (7+ years) are welcome to do a session but must be accompanied by an adult. We tailor the program to suit children's needs.

You'll engage in basic, hands-on horse handling skills, providing immediate insight into non-verbal communication and gentle leadership. Discover interesting facts about horse behavior and how their innate wisdom can practically enrich your daily life.

It's a straightforward opportunity to ground yourself, observe the calming effect of equine presence, and leave with a renewed sense of clarity.

Studies have shown that simply interacting with horses can lower cortisol (the stress hormone) by 20-30%, promoting a shift to a calmer nervous system state through biofeedback-like mechanisms, such as heart rate synchronisation between human and horse.
